Terms and Conditions
You may cancel any workshop or course up to 1 month prior to the event for a full refund less any credit card or PayPal processing fees.
There are no refunds less than 1 month prior to an event.
You may transfer your booking to a later event of the same value if you notify us by email (hello@shivashaktidance.darneshdesigns.com) at least 2 weeks before the event.
You may transfer your booking onto a friend up to 48 hours prior to the event commencing by emailing hello@shivashaktidance.darneshdesigns.com with their full name and email address.
In the event that a workshop, course or part of these events are unable to occur due to COVID-19 lockdowns, you will be offered a credit and/or online alternative. There will be no refunds.
In the event that a workshop or course is unable to commence due to COVID-19 government restrictions, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee, or a full credit (valid for 12 months). We will endeavour to reschedule the event as soon as possible.
If a workshop or course has already commenced and is unable to continue due to COVID-19 government restrictions you will be offered a credit. We will always try to reschedule the remaining classes as soon as possible or offer a generous discount to join the next workshop or course. There will be no refunds.

Shiva Shakti Dance is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Shiva Shakti Dance is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Shiva Shakti Dance reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
